Water softening is carried out in water softener equipment filled with ion-exchange resins to soften the water prior to being used in the boilers and various other industrial, residential and commercial applications. As the resins are exhausted, they need to be re-generated by salt brine. Technicians know it all too well, that a poor quality salt can clog the valves and pipes and eventually wear them out over time.
Black Tai currently offers 5 different grades for water softening salts. We maintain a very low level of Sulfates, thus insuring a better and longer life for the water softening equipment. Easy to use Residential Tablets are available.
We have purities ranging from 99.5% to 99.8% pure Sodium Chloride. Most of our water softening salts are virtually 100% dissolvable in water.
