Not completely happy? No problem, you have 30 days to return eligible items.
What Can Be Returned
- Items that are unused and in original condition
- Not returnable: perishable goods and FDA-regulated items
How to Start a Return

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, in which case we’ll make it right at no cost (just save the packaging). For items over $100, we recommend a tracked service like Myexpressfreight.com, UPS, or FedEx.
Custom Orders
We custom-manufacture Himalayan salt products in Pakistan to your specifications. A few things to know:
- Specs, quantities, packaging, and pricing are confirmed in writing before production, and prepayment is required
- Once production begins, custom orders can’t be canceled, changed, or refunded
- Delivery timelines are estimates, overseas production and ocean freight can bring delays beyond our control, and our liability for delays is capped at 5% of the order value
- Natural variation in color and texture is part of real Himalayan salt, not a defect
